Under normal circumstances, FantasyJewelryShop.com takes 3-5 business days to get the watch ready. If we do not have the color or item in stock, we will substitute with similar and same price item. If you do not want us to substitute, please mark on comments, DO NOT SUBSTITUTE.

We mainly use Air Mail and EMS for shipping and also support FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.

* EMS express : 5-7 business days
* UPS express : 2-5 business days
* DHL express: 5-7 business days

Their delivery time vary with where you're located and shipping method you choose. The delivery time do not include customs clearance time. In addition, shipping costs are calculated on base of the weight of package and the destination country or region.You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order.

When you purchase from our website, we can confidently assure that your shipment will be sent promptly and arrive secure and intact to your door. You can track your shippment trhough the tracking system provided as well as contact our customer service via email.

Shipping Problems

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by fantasyjewelryshop@gmail.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact Fantasyjewelryshop.com within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 28 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
