Why should I provide my real e-mail and phone number when I order? I don’t want spam.

Fantasyjewelryshop.com guarantees all of the information you provide with us is kept private. We often get customers who give us false phone numbers or false e-mail addresses and customer service is put in a difficult situation if we need to contact you in regard to your order. If you don’t provide the correct e-mail or phone number, we’ll have no way of contacting you if your credit card information was inaccurate or if an item you ordered is on backorder. You’ll also never receive your automatic e-mail confirmation, which means you’ll have no record of your order. So please, make it easier for everyone and provide us with your accurate information, and don’t worry about spam!

Why didn’t I receive an e-mail confirmation when I made my order?

If you did not receive an e-mail once your order was completed, check your spam folder. It is possible your settings are too high for the automatic e-mail response. If the e-mail isn’t in your spam folder please contact our online customer service representative.

How will I know if my order has been shipped or not?

As soon as your item has been shipped out from our warehouse you will receive an e-mail from Fantasyjewelryshop.com. In this shipping confirmation e-mail you will find your tracking number.

How do I track my package?

Click on the tracking number in your order has shipped email and it will give you information as to where your order is located.

What should I do if I never received the shipment?

After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you or refund. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if the you have furnish incorrect information in the order form.

I placed an order, can I cancel it? What about returning or exchanging items?

Please note that it takes 3-5 days for us to review your returned items and for your bank account to be fully credited. You will receive an e-mail when your account has been credited. If you exchange an item you can ONLY exchange it for the SAME item, different color, length, or size. You can not exchange for another item.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes 2-3 business days to process orders before they ship. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. How to choose the right size of my jewelry?

The sizes of all our rings, necklaces and bracelets are clearly stated in the full detail description page of each item. Read the detail description before ordering, select your right size, for the silver and titanium steel pendants, we provide different sizes and styles of chains for your free choice as a gift, when ordering, you can select the favorite one from the appropriate drop-down menu. While for crystal and gem bracelets, the string ropes all have moderate flexibility.

Does your 925 silver jewelry meet international standards?

International standard of 925 silver is silver content should surpass 92.5%, while the silver content of our products are about 92.5% to 94%, slightly higher than the international standards, all silver jewelry on fantasyjewelryshop had been electroplated with Rhodium ( a precious metal in Platinum family ) for resisting tarnish and reflective appearance.

Are all your crystals and gems natural?

Yes, We only sell natural crystals and gemstones, mined from the earth. We guarantee all our gems to be natural and as described, unless any synthetic or lab-created gems specifically stated otherwise, and we fully disclose any gem and crystal treatments for all our gems and crystals.

Do your provide Certificates?

We test samples of all gems and crystals we offer for sale on our website. But due to our large inventory, we do not certify every stone before it is sold. So when you order a certificate for a gem or crystal, we usually have to send the gem to the lab for testing. We try to certify gems and crystals within 3-5 days whenever possible. In order to expedite delivery, we generally do not provide a crystal or gem certificate. But fantasyjewelryshop offers gemological certificates for nearly all gemstone and crystal varieties we sell. You have the option to purchase a certificate when you add an item to your shopping cart. The certificate will cost an additional 10 US Dollars to your order amount. Please note: if you need a certificate for a gem, you must order the certificate at the time you place the order for the gem.
The certificates are crystal or gemstone identification reports issued by independent gemological laboratories.
Please note that if you order an item which consists of two or more crystals or gemstones, the lab will test only one gem from the pair or lot.

What is "Titanium"?

Titanium is an element (symbol Ti) like gold, silver and platinum. It is a silvery white non ferrous metal with the highest strength to weight ratio of any known element. Titanium is inert and therefore completely corrosion resistant. It does not react to salt water, sunlight, or any body or common chemistry.

I have an allergic reaction to most of my jewelry, including gold. Can I wear titanium?

Absolutely. Titanium is the most biocompatible (hypoallergenic) element known to man and will not irritate even the most sensitive skin. This is a blessing for pierced products. Unlike other jewelry materials, titanium does not need other alloys to harden the material. Many alloys create negative reactions with our body chemistry. Titanium can be safely and comfortably worn by everybody.

How to care for my jewelry?

Jewelry is wonderful but easily damaged. Try to protect any jewelry from scratches, sharp blows, harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures and sunlight. Valuable Tips

• Store jewelry separately so it doesn't scratch other jewelry.
• When doing household tasks such as gardening and cleaning, be certain to remove rings.
• Put your jewelry on after washing and applying any makeup/hair spray.
• Take off jewelry before swimming in a swimming pool. The chlorine can cause damage to various gemstones and gold. Gemstones may become loose in their settings (and possibly fall out).
• Before doing high impact sports take off your jewelry as you may scratch the metal or chip the gemstones.
• Avoid storing your jewelry next to a heating vent, window sill or on a car dashboard.
• Store jewelry away from sunlight as the sun may fade the gemstones.
• Always store bead necklaces (such as lapis, pearls, etc) flat as silk stretches over time.
